I just wanted to give a little shout out to my 2 brothers and my dad who are participating in Lotoja this weekend. For those of you who don't know what Lotoja is, it is a bicycle race from Logan, UT to Jackson Hole, WY. All done in ONE DAY! Crazy! I think it is so awesome that my 62 year old dad is going to do something so challenging! I love and respect all my crazy biker family members so much! Good luck guys! Maybe next year I'll join you! ;)

I know your dad and bros are very fit, but please Lord, make them wear something. Plus, 206 miles full monty wouldn't leave a whole lot after many miles of seat-to-skin chafing!
